Many people ask us how we came up with the name Seven Turtles.  Before we started the company we went back and forth for weeks trying to come up with a name.  Jason wanted it to be unique, Carly wanted it to be memorable.  One evening we were sitting on the dock with the kids feeding the turtles and talking about names.  There were 7 turtles.  One of the kids suggested Seven Turtles and we said fine.  Its unique, memorable, and its the perfect amount of turtles.
